"A child's glory is his father." Proverbs 17:6b (TLB)

There are many ways to measure success; not the least of which is the way your child describes you when talking to a friend.

Dear Filipino Adventists in Thailand

Dear Fellow Adventists in Thailand

You cannot be left behind in updates about what recently happened in the Philippines when most of Metro Manila and other places became part of the sea as water levels went up during typhoon "Ondoy." This is perhaps the grave result of global warming. Like any other calamities, there were reports of deaths and expressions of hopelessness. This must remind us that our unique message must be proclaimed "unto all the world" in no time from now. We must hurry. People can't just die without knowing the truth. People can't just suffer and have no hope to hold on. I can see how TV Ministry comes in. It is a powerful tool in reaching the unreached.

The Central Luzon Conference, specifically the Communication Department, sends Malou Escasa, Loralyn Sandoval, and Armon Tolentino to Thailand as ambassadors for CLC to promote this latest relevant, huge ambition for God-TV MINISTRY. Who knows, we would be one big network proclaiming the coming of God and increasing the knowledge of people about the Three Angels' message.

We are starting small. But even the small productions that we do in the Philippines cost large amounts of money. And we are happy because we have you who will not allow us to do this alone. This opportunity to serve God is for all of us!
Imagine if each of the Filipino Adventists in Thailand will give 1000 baht for this cause. Wow! What if the impression of the Holy Spirit is that you give more because you have been very blessed by God and you want His work to flourish? Tremendous achievement for God, indeed!

What if you have less? What if you cannot give that amount? Give what you can freely give. God knows the motive of each heart. We will always remember that woman in the Bible who gave the least according to man's eyes but who gave the most according to God's.

As Malou, Loralyn, and Armon knock at your hearts, may they be opened. It would be God knocking for them saying, "I haven't come yet because there are those who are not informed of my coming. I am at my saddest when every day I see people die when they haven't even heard about me." Wouldn't you participate when you know something must be done?

In His Service,

President, Central Luzon Conference
